What is CrossTown Fitness?

We offer busy people the opportunity to get fit and feel good about themselves, all within a supportive community of trainers and other athletes striving toward similar goals. Our proven training services provide a unique way for everyone to de-stress, take care of themselves and have fun. Our highly skilled and experienced personal trainers lead 30-minute high-intensity strength training sessions that target the whole body. Each workout is scalable to all fitness levels, setting everyone up for success and helping all feel comfortable.

From the owner and leadership to staff and members, we are never complacent and are always looking for ways to improve each member’s experience. Rather than finding a quick fix, we focus on long-term health goals to promote inner and outer strength. We have a welcoming and inclusive community who share similar visions and goals, while continuously striving to grow together. Whether you’re a business owner, trainer or athlete, we want everyone to feel that they can trust CTF as a leader in the health and fitness industry. We believe every client should leave class knowing they got a great workout, feeling better than they did when they walked in the door. We are the heart of the fitness community, always helping clients get stronger and working to foster growing relationships through creative and strategic programming. CTF is also a place where trainers can expand their skill set and where businesses can find a reliable partner.

Who are you?

Charles Graff - Principal

How long have you been in the neighborhood?

[I have] lived in the West Loop since 2003, and CTF has been open for six years.

Why the West Loop?

When we opened our flagship studio in 2013 in the heart of the West Loop we knew this was going to be a great fit for our culture and commitment to excellence. The West Loop has become a global destination for the best products, brands and services in the city.

What are your top challenges in growing Crosstown Fitness?

Time. There are so many great things to do in the neighborhood, it's hard to carve out time for yourself to train and workout. But those that make a commitment to fitness first can really enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer. Its all about balance.

Why did you join the West Central?

To be around and associated with like-minded individuals and businesses that can grow by supporting each other. A high tide lifts all boats.

What makes Crosstown Fitness unique?

Our clients and trainers: hands down the best in the city. We have a community that inspires and supports growth in everyone.

What gets you up in the morning?

My 2 and 4-year-old boys, guaranteed!

What’s your favorite part of the West Loop?

The traffic, you can't beat it. It's so consistent and heavy :)

What does the future look like for CrossTown Fitness?

Continuing to open locations around the city as well remain the industry standard an innovator in group exercise programming and boutique fitness.
