The proposed project is for the redevelopment of Sub area B of PD 1359 with a 7-story office building, 109 feet in height, containing approximately 63,000 sq. ft. in floor area with retail on the ground floor and office space on the upper floors with an interim use of an outdoor patio for the existing restaurant. No changes are being made to Sub area A of PD 1359
