How long have you been in the neighborhood?
We moved into our office in 2017, so about two years ago.
Why the West Loop?
We wanted a central location close to many of our projects in the Loop and West Loop area. Also, we liked the easy access to the train and the highway for our projects in the suburbs.
What are your top challenges in growing Corporate Office Construction?
The challenge is not in growing. That has not been hard for us. The challenge is growing at a sustainable pace. We prioritize maintaining the qualities that have made us successful. No matter our size, we always will make sure we provide high quality construction services for a competitive cost; while being honest, personable and meeting clients schedules.

What makes Corporate Office Construction unique?
[We are] new but experienced. We are a five-year-old company, but our team has an average of 20 years experience in commercial interior construction.
What’s your favorite part of the West Loop?
Randolph Street. We enjoy all the restaurants/bars on Randolph and frequently walk to them for lunch from our office down the street.
What does Corporate Office Construction's future look like?
The future looks promising. We have managed to double in size year after year for the past five years. We attribute this growth to our singular focus on commercial interiors, emphasis on honest and lasting relationships with our clients, and our experienced team of project managers, superintendents, carpenters, and labors.
