My name is Nancy Lema, and I’m the branch manager of our Byline Bank West Town location. I’ve been with Byline for almost 15 years.

Our branch has been here for 15 years.
Why the West Loop?
The West Loop is an ever growing community of small businesses run by individuals.
What are your top challenges in growing your business?
One of our top challenges is meeting our consumer goals. We’re one of the few banks that offer free checking with no requirements, but it’s hard to achieve our goals due to competition in our market.
Why did you join the West Central?
To support and establish relationships with our community.
